Mrs. Nilima Bawane has been awarded “Vikas Ratna Gold Award 2006” & “Virangana Savitribai Phule Award”by the Economic and Human Resource Development Association, Delhi for her active role in bringing the Mahila Urban No. 1 institution in Mahila urban cooperative societies. She is Director on Maharashtra State Co-operative Federation Ltd., Pune. She is awarded “Indira Gandhi Shiromani Award”by Global Achievers Foundation, New Delhi. She is an active member in “Sahakar Bharti” at vidharbha level.
